The mRNA Therapeutics Platform at McGill University provides cutting-edge infrastructure and expertise for the development and validation of novel RNA-based therapeutics, specializing in diverse mRNA modalities.​

About the Platform:​​​

  • Offer pre-clinical stage bioproduction and LNP formulation services for a broad array of mRNA modalities including neoantigen cancer vaccines, CAR-T programming, and self-amplifying RNAs,

  • Advance precision medicine with emerging mRNA technologies to create and test new vaccines and therapies,

  • Develop novel RNA technologies such as circular RNAs and optimize delivery systems for enhanced therapeutic efficacy,

  • Foster collaborations between McGill University's D2R projects, RNA Sciences Center, DEPTAQ network partners, and RNA therapeutic companies
